I love staying here! They have a free snack and beverage station, 2 restaurants available, clean and comfy! I've stayed at many hotels for my job, Austin at the front desk has the best customer service of anyone I've come across in hotels!

Good location, close to airport, there are public transport stops near the hotel. Room was clean, except bathroom - not really, there was mold in the shower. Not bad breakfast, probably, not the best our breakfast in hotel, but the dishes were quite good, not bad selection. Soft and uncomfortable pillows. Absent sound isolation. WiFi didn't work at 1t floor (room 133). The most disappointing moment happened during breakfast: we were about to finish our breakfast. It was around 10 o'clock, one man was finishing to put food on his plate and started to eat. I went to fill cup with another one coffee, but the hotel worker stopped me, and said "Our breakfast is finishing at 10, that's it". It was 10:02, coffee machine was working, food was available to collect etc. Then came in to restaurant area her colleague or just friend of hotel worker and started to fill new cup with coffee. And that woman worker that denied to fill my cup with coffee didn't say her anything and continued to do her stuff with pockerface... Why did she stop me from picking up just another coffee, if the machine was used by her friend after that, why didn't she stop the guest who was picking up food at 10:00? Did she turned off machine at 10:00? No. Was it just a desire to show one's superiority or power? Not clear, in any case, this behavior towards us was disgusting and it is precisely because of this selectivity of the employee that the evaluation of our stay as it is. Personally for us, we decided that we will this hotel, hotel where employees act selectively towards different guests.

Carpets filthy, shower drain blocked with loads of stuff in it… mattress protector worn out not a greats stay… I didn’t want to take my shoes off… curtains and nets hanging off the rail… dusty all around… the only positive was the room service… food was amazing!!

I am very satisfied. Good room, price, service and food in the hotel restaurant. Location is near the airport and it is very suitable.

Great place to stay 😁. I stayed here five nights and was very happy. The standard of food was amazing! The prices of food and drinks are very good and I have traveled a lot of the world with my job! . The 2 Star rating for this hotel won't last long as they are renovating will a 3 Star soon !. Would recommend a stay here.

If I could give no points on service, I would. Incredible. Rooms were not cleaned and the service was the rudest I’ve ever seen. Can definitely NOT recommend.

Value exceed expectations. Clean, modern, yet simple. If that was UK it would get higher star rating, even if only for the size of basic rooms. Location is brilliant for anyone connecting to airport or the centre and price is fraction of what you need to pay elsewhere. If you need just a place to rest and eat, then it's perfect.
